This is a Coaching Engagement in which an Entrepreneur, Family-Owned Business Professional or a High Potential Corporate Leader identifies the need to enhance his / her leadership effectiveness.
I follow a time-tested leadership coaching process that is suitable for self-sponsored leaders. Based on the leader’s role and need, I use a variety of tools and techniques that support in the journey of self-discovery and growth.
Upon mutual consent, I volunteer as a “Accountability Partner” to the leader to support them to stay on course with the objective.
While the duration of this individual engagement is generally for a duration of 6 to 8 months, it can be customized for a shorter or longer duration based on the need / objective.
