Group Coaching Engagement is meant for leaders who are part of a homogeneous group.
In my Group Coaching Engagements, I work with groups of Entrepreneurs, Family-Owned Business Professionals and High Potential Corporate Leaders, having common / similar leadership development objectives.
When organisations or family-owned businesses aim to align around a single, common objective, I engage with the entire group to facilitate and support the achievement of that goal.
With my 20+ years of group facilitation experience backed by my coaching credentials, I support the group to commit to each other on a set of actions that they would like to take and act as “Accountability Partners” to each other in implementing them.

When a group of senior leaders of an organisation are identified with a common / similar leadership development competency gap, I engage with them in identifying the challenges that they face as individuals and as a group and support them in their development.
